In our continued efforts to improve our services as the iTRS Administrator, RolkaLoube is pleased to announce the release of a new contributor account portal. The website is simple to use and delivers functionality to easily manage your account. Beginning with the July 15 invoice release, contributors to the fund will be directed to the new secure online portal. A notification with additional instructions and a link to create your new account will be distributed at the time of your billing cycle. Once your portal account is established, you can access invoices, authorize ACH debit payments directly to the fund, monitor payment statuses, and review payment history. You will also have the ability to create other user admin accounts to perform the same functionality or sub-admin accounts which will have view-only access.
