Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Seeks Comment on Sprint Petitions

On August 6, 2018, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking comment on two petitions filed by the Sprint Corporation regarding the FCC’s Report and Order and Declaratory Ruling on Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS). (DA No. 18-818). (Dkt. No. 03-123 and 13-24).

Oppositions are due 15 days after date of publication in the Federal Register.
Replies to oppositions are due 10 days after date oppositions are due.
