FCC Seeks Comment on ClearCaptions’s Application for Full Certification to Provide IP CTS

On January 30, 2023, the FCC released a Public Notice seeking comment on an application filed by ClearCaptions LLC, for full certification to provide Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS).
