Rolka Loube has completed the conversion moving the TRS Fund assets to the US Treasury. With this transition, Rolka Loube has created a new billing and collections portal, RL Pay, that will be used to make payments to the fund. Click Here to activate your account with the new system. Once your account is activated, you will be able to see all of the accounts that you have access to. FAQs for Transition to Treasury

Where do I go to pay my bill?

Rolka Loube has built a new billing and collections portal to better serve our customer’s needs and interface with the Pay.gov website to complete your payment through Treasury. This billing and collections portal (RL Pay) can be accessed here.

Will I have to re-register?

You will receive an email with a link to RL Pay asking you to confirm your account. Your username will stay the same, however, you will need to reset your password.

What payment methods can I use to pay my bill?

Rolka Loube can no longer accept checks for bill payment. Using the RL Pay billing and collections portal/Pay.gov you can either pay online via direct debit or credit card or set up an ACH transfer from your bank.

How long will it take my payment to post?

Payments made through Pay.gov will post to your account within 2-3 business days.

How long will it take for the Red Light status to clear from my account once I make a payment?

Once your payment posts to your account, your Red Light status should clear within 2-3 business days.

How can I change my billing frequency?

Contributors are able to request monthly billing frequencies if they are current on their account and their obligation is over $1200. You may also request a change if you are currently being billed monthly and would like to be billed your annual amount. How long will I have to pay my bill?

November invoice due dates have been extended seven days to allow users additional time for logging into the new billing and collections portal and submitting payment through Pay.gov for the fist time. Future invoices will return to being due 28 days after the invoice date.
