The iTRS fund supports communications services for persons who have hearing or speech disabilities or who are deaf-blind. On March 7, 2011, the FCC awarded Rolka Loube Saltzar Associates, LLC, doing business as Rolka Loube, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, a contract to administer the iTRS fund, beginning a transition of fund administration from the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) to Rolka Loube. The official transition date was July 1, 2011. See the public notice for more information.
