Business Information - information collected from you or other sources (such as the Federal Communications Commission [FCC]) and the Universal Services Administrator Company (USAC) or generated by us and includes such items as your business email address, information identifying the Contributor(s) or Provider(s) for which you are an Authorized User, contribution rates and calculations, invoices, contribution transaction history, or ten-digit number registration status. 

Cookies - small files, stored on your device, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from the site and stored on your device.
