Pennsylvania Universal Service Fund
We are pleased to announce that Rolka Loube will be assuming the responsibilities for all administrative functions of the Pennsylvania Universal Service Fund (PA USF) beginning on July 1, 2022, as announced by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) on May 13, 2022.
We are an experienced program/fund administrator that has been providing services to government agencies for over 15 years. These services include serving as the administrator for the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Service (iTRS) Fund for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for more than a decade.
Our Financial Institution
Rolka Loube has teamed with M&T Bank as the financial institution to support the PA USF program. Rolka Loube has partnered with M&T Bank and their subsidiary, Wilmington Trust, for financial services for over 15 years. The M&T Bank lockbox and deposit account information as well as the ABA routing number for ACH credits and other payment information can be found on the PA USF Payment Submission Information form.
Payment Schedule
All organizations that were required to contribute to the fund will receive a Statement of Accounts for any outstanding balances that remain after the end of the month. Please verify this information upon receipt and submit a ticket via the PA USF Help Desk if you believe this to be incorrect.
Those organizations that pay their obligation on a monthly basis, will receive an Invoice and Statement of Account on the first business day of each month through the 2025 calendar year. Organizations that pay their obligation on a quarterly basis will receive an Invoice and Statement of Account on the first business day of the quarter. All invoices are due on the 15th of the month or quarter.
