National Deaf Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP)
Pursuant to the new Twenty-first Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act, signed into law on October 8, 2010, the FCC established the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP) by Order of April 6, 2011, to certify and provide funding to entities in each state so they can distribute specialized customer premises equipment to low-income individuals who are deaf-blind.
Program Year 2022-2023 Documents
The following documents are for use when filing a reimbursement request for the 2022-2023 program year beginning July 1, 2022.
Entities may choose to use the State Reimbursement Request spreadsheet for the 2021-2022. If used for January 2022 – June 2022 filing periods, the data contained can be used to create the January – June 2022 Semi-Annual Report in the Centralized Database due August 2022.
